Between Erix Coach LLC and {{AFFILIATE_NAME}} by virtue of the Rental Agreement.

Erix Coach LLC is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdowns while en-charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Any Erix-approval will take part for all of the bills/damages.

The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund of there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. For airport and group airport pickups this may apply to the first flights actual arrival time.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. If booked capacity is 8 Passengers, it remains 8 Passengers. Capacity refers to a number of bodies/persons not luggage. The pickup time is 15 minutes prior to the rental reservation/or departure of the starting time of trip. Any delayed pickups in MSP Airport Commission fee of $5.25 for the first 20 minutes of picking and a $ 5.00 every 10 minutes thereafter is applied. Erix Coach LLC is not responsible for delays on the immediate rearview; i.e., crashes, traffic, incidents, road conditions, i.e., standstill, if assistance is required. Please also know to release all of your belongings upon completion of the trip. Erix Coach LLC is not responsible for articles left in the limousine.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Seating capacity for the SUV is 6 Passengers with Captains chairs and 7 passengers with bench seating. Transfers will luggage = 5 passengers with 1 luggage or left in the discretion of the driver.
